Our hourly rates are £67 per hour (1 man + van) or £87 per hour (2-man team), including VAT. Moving equipment is included in the hourly rate. There are no extra charges for stairs. If you need multiple stops, that’s fine — the clock simply continues as normal. After the minimum booking time, time is billed in 5-minute increments.

Time starts when we arrive and stops when unloading is complete at your final address.

The minimum charge is 1 hour for up to 3 items in Leicester and nearby areas. For house/flat moves anywhere in Leicestershire, the minimum charge is 2 hours. 

This helps cover travel time while keeping our hourly rates consistent.

No. Some moves require 2 or more van loads depending on volume and access. There is no per-trip fee — the price is based on time worked from arrival to final offload.

Yes. A £50 booking deposit (bank transfer) secures your slot and is deducted from your final bill when the job goes ahead. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability, and the new booking must be within 7 days of the original date. If we cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund.

Final payment is taken after the job is complete. We accept cash, bank transfer ( preferred), card, Google Pay and Apple Pay (no card surcharges).
