Student Man and Van in Leicester & Loughborough

We offer clear hourly pricing for student moving services in Leicester, Loughborough and across Leicestershire, with VAT included and no hidden call-out charges.

Our current hourly rates are £69 per hour for 1 man and van and £89 per hour for a 2-man moving team. 

For student moves, we apply a 2-hour minimum booking, so the minimum charge is £138 for 1 man and van or £178 for a 2-man team.

Time starts when we arrive and stops when unloading is complete at your final address.

For student moves, we apply a 2-hour minimum booking. After the minimum booking time, we bill in 5-minute increments, so you only pay for the time used.

If your move needs more than one van load or multiple stops, that’s fine — the price is still based on the total time worked from arrival to final unload.

Our hourly rates include VAT, the van, and standard moving equipment such as blankets, straps, dollies/sack truck and basic tools for simple furniture dismantling/reassembly where suitable.

There are no hidden fees. The only additional charges are pre-agreed parking costs or road tolls (if applicable).

We also help with long-distance student moves to and from Leicester, Loughborough and across Leicestershire, including London, Manchester and other UK cities.
