* When the Clock Starts: Billing begins only when our team arrives at your collection address.


* When the Clock Stops: Billing ends as soon as the final item is placed in its desired position at your destination.


* Fair Billing Policy: After the minimum charge period, any further time is billed to the nearest 5 minutes, so you only pay for the time you need.

  * Liability Note for one man service: By selecting this service, you acknowledge that you or your designated helper are fit to assist and accept the responsibility for your part in the move. Slick Removals cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained by persons assisting our driver, nor for any damages that may occur to items or property during a shared lift.

* Two-Man Service: This is our complete, hassle-free service. Our two-person team will handle all the lifting, loading, and unloading for you. This service is recommended for full house/flat moves or for anyone who is unable to assist with heavy lifting.
