Our prices start from £155 for a 1-man general waste collection and from £185 for a 2-man service, both including VAT and all disposal costs. 

Specialist items have their own confirmed prices — sofas and domestic fridges from £170 (1-man) or £200 (2-man), and single TVs or display screens from £125. 

Mixed loads are quoted as a whole based on your photos. Send us photos on WhatsApp and we will confirm your exact price before you commit — no surprises on the day.

Our price covers all labour, loading, transport, and responsible disposal at a licensed facility. There are no hidden charges. 

Every collection includes a digitally signed invoice confirming what was collected, our Environment Agency licence number, and disposal details — useful for landlords, lettings agents, and anyone managing a probate or end-of-tenancy situation.

We will reply with a confirmed price — no home visit required for most jobs. If you are happy to go ahead, a £50 deposit by bank transfer secures your date and arrival window. 

Final payment is only due after the work is complete and you are satisfied. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card — no card surcharges.

No — as long as access to the items is arranged. Many of our customers leave items outside or provide access details and we complete the job contactlessly. 

Once the job is done we send you a photo of the cleared area as proof of completion, followed by your digitally signed invoice. If you would prefer to be present throughout, that is absolutely fine — we will work around whatever suits you.

The more accessible your items are, the faster the job and the lower your bill. If items can be moved to the ground floor or placed outside before we arrive, that saves significant time. 

Loose bags should be tied and sealed. If you have a mix of general waste and specialist items such as a sofa or fridge, separate them if possible so we can plan the disposal run efficiently. If you are unsure about anything, just ask when you send your photos — we will advise on the best way to prepare for your specific collection.

We collect most non-hazardous household and commercial waste including general household clutter and bags, bulky furniture such as wardrobes, dining sets, and shelving, white goods including washing machines, dishwashers, and cookers, fridges and freezers, televisions and display screens, sofas and upholstered seating, beds and mattresses, and garage and shed contents.

We cannot collect batteries of any type, gas canisters, asbestos, paints, solvents, chemicals, liquid waste, food waste, medical waste, building waste, rubble, soil, or green waste. For these items, contact your local council or a specialist licensed contractor.

We always attempt donation first. Sofas and upholstered furniture with fire safety labels intact are offered to Age UK at Gypsum Close before anything goes to disposal — reuse first, dispose last. 

Fridges and specialist waste go to T. Watts, a licensed specialist facility. General waste goes to Gypsum Close Trade Waste where materials are sorted for recycling. Nothing is fly-tipped. Every collection comes with a digitally signed invoice confirming what was collected.
