Our team comes equipped with a variety of tools for this purpose, and our standard hourly rates apply during these tasks. Please note that due to the potential for issues with the reassembly of older furniture, we cannot accept liability for problems that may arise.

For your move, we utilize a medium wheelbase Vauxhall Movano van, offering significant advantages. Its low loading height and dual access (side sliding door and rear doors) ensure easy and efficient loading and unloading. The van's manageable size allows us to navigate and park in tighter spaces and on driveways without causing significant road obstruction, saving valuable time searching for parking. Equipped with custom lashing points and roof bars, your belongings are secured safely during transit. Unlike larger vans with barn doors, our Movano's rear doors are easy to open and close quickly, providing added security for your items, especially in busier areas

We are fully insured with Goods in Transit and Public Liability cover. During booking, please declare any items exceeding £500 in value so we can ensure they're properly managed. 

Note that for items of extreme value, we may need to evaluate if we can proceed with the job.

We understand the care required when moving valuable possessions like pianos, antiques, and fine art. Our team uses appropriate techniques and equipment, including a dedicated piano dolly, for maximum protection. While we take every precaution, please bear in mind that our service does not cover insurance for the items themselves. For peace of mind, we encourage customers to arrange suitable 'Goods in Transit' insurance cover.

We are happy to move items to or from difficult locations, provided it is safe and feasible. Please inform us of any such challenges when you book your move so we can assess the situation.
